Zoha Matin is a nutritionist and movement expert with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Human Nutrition. With over a decade of experience, she has helped members of the South Asian community reach their health goals – whether it’s weight loss, improved energy and strength, or better digestion.

Zoha takes a balanced, realistic approach – helping people enjoy traditional South Asian foods while making them more nutritious. She empowers clients with practical strategies tailored to their lifestyle, supporting better energy, digestion, hormone balance, and long-term well-being.

In addition to her nutrition expertise, Zoha specializes in strength training and integrates movement coaching to help clients build muscle, boost metabolism, and feel more confident in their bodies. Her holistic, culturally inclusive approach promotes sustainable habits that support both physical and mental health.
